Welcome to Modern Cleaning Co. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Service Guarantee & Modifications

We take pride in our work. To ensure complete satisfaction, we provide a 24-hour guarantee window.

  • Finality of Invoices: All invoices issued are final and non-negotiable.

  • Modification Requests: Any requests for adjustments or modifications to the service provided must be made within 24 hours of the initial walkthrough.

  • Guarantee Period: Our work is guaranteed only within this 24-hour window. Requests made after this period will be subject to additional service charges.

2. Payment Policy

To maintain our scheduling and operations, we require timely payments.

Payment is due within 3 days of service maximum. If not received, 25$ Late fees will be added to total invoice balance for each day past due. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 5 days up to 48 hours before the scheduled date: No charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the scheduled date: $95 USD fee. Full amount will be charged if we show up for the service and no one is at home or Customer request to cancel less than 24hours from service time. Other important notice: All invoices issued are final and non-negotiable. Any modifications must be requested within 24 hours of the walkthrough. Our work are guaranteed only within this 24 hour period.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value our cleaners’ time and our clients’ schedules. Because we reserve a specific time slot for you, the following fees apply to cancellations:

If our team arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the home or is requested to cancel on-site, the full amount of the service will be charged to cover labor and transport costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

Modern Cleaning Co. treats your home with the utmost care. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not secured properly prior to our arrival.
